I want to know if I can apply tactics to get a girlfriend or get a job.

Some people on here say PUA is only good for pulling SNL not girlfriends but that's total bullshit. PUA will get you SNL and LTR with pretty much the same tactics. I've had 2 LTR since starting PUA and both started as SNL. SNL is a great a great stepping stone to LTR.

And yes with everything in life it can help, job interviews everything.

It really helps you in alot of things because you learn, what ever it is, you just gotta make it happen.

Short answer? Yes.

Long answer? The main benefit I noticed from PUA comes from the mental training and confidence boost it brings you. From the moment you have a game plan you attitude immediately changes. You become more confident, and that is what makes people like you, not the canned openers, negs and escalations (although that helps). Think about yourself as a politician making a speach. You don't need to know shit about what you are talking about, you just need to keep your audience interested.

Also, some of the psichological stuff you learn, like NLP, body lenguage, etc. may help you in the job interview.
