Today, working at Walmart I've noticed something. I noticed that when my ENERGY STATE is low I don't get very good responses. For example, I was feeling angry, depressed and just didn't give a fuck about anyone. I forced myself to say, "How are you guys?" To a mother with a baby. STUPID!! She ignored me so I told her, "Yeah, thanks for blowing me off!" This point I didn't care less about her because she was nothing to me. I was feeling hateful and resentful tonight. I was constantly bringing up in my head about my counselor trying to control me! I hate when people control me! It makes me violent and outraged. It's like being trapped in a corner; the normal response for an animal is to fight or flight. I however fight.

I know I have alot to work on however back to my thread. When I was starting to feel good and having fun at work; I noticed everyone around me seemed relaxed and have fun. I noticed that I wasn't getting tied into caring what people think of me or anything. I was confident and secure within myself.

Here's the fucked up thing! My confidence fluxs along with my thoughts. My thoughts trigger my emotions which then trigger the body language which then sends off a big "FUCK OFF" lable on my fore head!

How to control the STATE? I don't know. It's in a little bit of a flux depending what I think about. If I think everything's smooth and I'm doing great then my STATE is high. If I'm not doing that then my STATE sucks.

So in conclusion, the ENERGY STATE in the game is very cructial I figured out!

Also I noticed if you tell a person with enthusiam and genuine. You'll get better response also. Not to be clappy happy now but however sound like you're interested in the person and they will respond interested in you.

I had to been banging my head against the wall figuring out why my GAME sucked so much! I'll soon fix it and show you guys what I'm made out of! Peace!

make sure your energy is CALIBRATED with the situation at hand. High energy is good, but energy that is TOO high will blow you out of the set.

make sure your energy is MATURE. You can be a perfect energy level for entrance into a set, but there is a huge difference between good energy, and energy that an 8 year old has.

I am a high energy person.
Very high energy.

I don't want to be involved with people who bring my level down to a ridiculously low level so sure I will open them but if they aren't sucked into my frame then I don't consider them blowing ME out but rather me blowing THEM out. Big difference

THink about this possibly.
Find the energy level that's right for YOU, then find girls that seem like a good fit for you instead of changing your energy levels to slightly higher then what you feel is the level of the set you are about to approach. Please don't take this defensively as there wasn't much info to go from and this only a guess on what you are doing

ALso, HIGH energy is good.
