Some of you have been here for a while longer than me.
and others I've talked to since I first joined. I've had quite the ride recently and it's shown me a lot about myself and the inner workings of the human brain. Not only my own but others as well. Along the way during my break I've introduced some friends to our world. Some of those have proven to be enormous mistakes, and others quite fruitful. I usually only offer it when it seems that they've hit rock bottom and had some bad shit happen. Some have stayed with it and others dropped after a few weeks.


Here's my deal.


For those of you that don't know how I first got in here I will educate you.
I was in the Air Force. I was engaged soon to be married. We had been together for a few years. I had blown out my knee and was due to be sent home on a Medical Discharge under Honorable conditions. My Ex Fiance decided that she should cheat on me with three guys in one month. I turned into a wreck, didn't sleep , didn't eat, they sent me to see a shrink. Not the greatest period in my life. Until one day my friend told me about this book he was reading. I'm sure you can guess, The Game. It opened my eyes to the world again. Lifting away everything I thought I had known. I wouldn't say exposing the light, because theres far too much darkness in what we do. Whether we like to admit it or not. Anyway that brought me back to NY and ended up here.



Anyway. I took a break for a while when I started going to college so I could get things in order and get my finances straightened around. While I was gone I promised myself I wouldn't game anyone, and try to keep out of it in general. Well I met somebody while I was gone. We got to know each other well and started talking. I decided I'd just let things take their course and do it as me. We hung out a lot and had a lot of fun times. Apparently she was fucking around with my best friend for the last few months we were talking. I taught him the things he used to snake his way to where he got, and for that I payed. Obviously he is no longer my friend, and I don't speak to either of them. I've had to restrain myself from kicking his ass a few times but it's okay, he's self destructive and doesn't need any help.



The darkness inside of people drives us to become invulnerable to it. Thats what being a PUA is about. You are impenetrable, you are gold, irreplaceable.


Needless to say. I am back with more ambition and more thirst than ever. I hope all the guys I used to talk to are still around. The Game is going to change with all the media now, and so will we. Only the fakes will be flushed out. Evolution is a part of nature, and so we shall adapt.

I see you believe the game will change because of the media. A LOT of people talk about that. What we have to realize is . . . the routines and stuff like that may change, but the core of the game itself will remain the same.

I don't think as a whole the game will change, no. However, only the true artists who can come up with original material time after time will be able to stay in. Canned shit will go out the window soon.

True, but it's been like that for a while now. Of course, the longer The Game is in the media, the more "new" packaged material will be produced, which means it becomes a cycle. The newly packaged material won't work so well anymore, but then it all gets recycled too.

As you said, it does come to the fact that those that create original openers on the spot will do best, but, there's always room for SOME packaged openers to work, as Style and Mystery have proven over and over.

Of course. There are people/areas that some of this won't reach. Therefore it will be a PUA Paradise. And even people that do know will still fall for it.


But anyway. Thats not what this thread is about. So feel free to PM me if you wanna keep talking about it. I like to hear what other people think about change.
