I don't see how this relates to PUA approaches.

Happened to me around a year ago, 3 times in 2 weeks.
Was because of exhaustion, stress and no sleep at all.

We all have that every single night, its just that usually at the times when that happens we are already unconscious so we do not notice it...
All those things happens just before we start to dream, if you are able to stay relax you'll enter into a dream state while being awake and aware that you are dreaming, it is called lucid dreaming so just relax, is normal and enjoy the best trip you could possibly have, fulfill all your fantasies in that realm.
