In regards to consistency, if mankind did not further their utter potential such thing would be noted as not being considered universal law. And as such it does take effort on everyone's part to further the development of mankind and we should duly note that the contribution of mankind's talents collaborated into a purpose does lead to things which help all.

Then we have human dignity. It is to act so that we treat humanity as an end, and not as a means. The cultivations of a societies talents of course does aid mankind but I must say that it doesn't necessarily mean mankind is worse off if such group did nothing to further themselves and not be considered lazy. You can call an individual lazy, but such word in and of itself is subjective to what you and others believe to be productive. And let us also not forget to mention and make known that productivity in and of itself is also not at all times productive in the respect of aiding mankind but productive in the respect of only aiding a select group of individuals we may still consider human yet still dogs or brutes of society that are profiting from a system of unjust nature if natural whatsoever.

Then we have what people would consider universality. This is an interesting concept. This is subjective, if all you know and hold true is being a giving person of society, someone who grows alongside it, then it is universal to go ahead and not be "lazy" but what if you are amongst people whom deem what others do as lazy as opposed to what they do being productive?

As humans, laziness is a choice, which is, believe it or not determined biologically or imperatively based on some form of medical abnormality yet to be defined by those appearing to be "lazy."

I disagree with Kant and state that to be lazy, is ones choice. Perhaps one that is illogical, but non the less who are you to label someone as succeeding or failure? Who are you to judge one as being passive or aggressive? Who are you to state being lazy is in a sense "bad?"

What if I said people become lazy after finding that they are at bliss? What if I said people are at bliss because they have everything they currently know to be of their need? What if I said, people who are lazy, live with different needs and wants and it is such need and such numerous wants that lead to them furthering their development exponentially?

You see, you may all believe and act upon a duty to be something different from my duties.

The duties only available and existent to me, are those to my health, my well being and family alongside, my queen of sleepless nights, my vision of unrepentant and unbridled beauty. My duty is towards the gift floated down from the Elysium Fields on a beam of light and her well being.

Once my duties to such things are in place, once I meet and have satisfied the needs of myself and those I would live forever for, do I have a duty to those who deem me as just another human being trying to get by in life?

So yes, laziness is acceptable to me. And it is only acceptable in aspects which have no relation to the needs to my own will and desires alongside the needs and will of those whom I deem far more important than mankind?

But it is through such, that we in turn help each other as well huh? So, in a sense, if that is correct, to be lazy is and should be acceptable, because being lazy does in turn help society! But....but how so? If one is lazy, he or she uses less resources which in turn would aid another grow and prosper, which at times can and may likely be far more important than that which the lazy unrepentant individual of society would have ever done with such resources at their disposal, since it is in their duties and necessities that they have a duty to and not mankind. In turn by meeting their such duties and needs or desires to themselves and their numerous mates if any, they in turn meet the needs and aid society towards a world of acceptance and understanding beyond any further regard that any individual can truly come to fathom or comprehend since such duties of necessity are in turn built and existent only and justly upon the very individual who deems laziness as acceptable since they have met their needs to themselves whom I also should state is far far more important than the people around you whom would take the last crumbs of bread on your table if it were for their survival in other extenuating circumstances.
