If you are a practicing MD you have such a high social value vocation that you shouldn't have to travel anywhere far to get hot chicks. The fact you went two hours for a date that wasn't an implicit f-close concerns me. Does your online profile talk about you being a hard working MD busy saving lifes? If not you are making things hard on yourself, only a fireman has more inherent value.

In your situation I would try to calibrate this chick better before another 2 hours trip to engage in banal non-sense, you are likely already headed for the friendzone.
