What are some excersizes one can do the to keep his mind frame positive in terms of picking up, dating, and meeting new women. I've had pretty good outcomes this summer, but now I am only down to dating one girl :(. What somethings I can do to stay positive about my situation and get back to where I was and also improve. :) thank you.

I have the same thing, the whole summer i was super positive but now when i started to go to the university again it's just like everything is negative.
I lost a HB 8.5 because of this.

Do the positivity challenge. This is Tony Robbins stuff.

Get in the habit of reframing every negative thought into a positive one QUICKLY. Do this for 30 days.

Staying positive is easy when it's easy, and can be difficult when you're like, "fuck all this shit." lol

Positivity begins with a smile on your face. A small chuckle. A laugh, just something light right? Here are some things you can easily think of to get back even a bit of that joy.
  • Watch a baby laugh.
    Funny youtube videos.
    Look at the stars.
    Think of the time when you picked up someone really hot, or you got a number, or you F-closed. Relive a positive memory, but relive it with vivid feeling.
    Look around and be grateful for shit. Remember, 1st world problems... they are so silly. Just be grateful.
    Take 3 deep breathes, then smile.
    Pet your pet, dog or cat, or bird, whatever, pet that shit with love.
    Remember how many guys can't do what you can do.
    Teach someone something you're really good at.
    Go to a movie. Buy a big popcorn. Unless you're allergic or something. Then don't...
    Eat some ice cream or something else you love.
    Write like no one is watching. Write it all out.
    Make a list of awesome stuff you love. Like a list of 50 things you love.
    50 things you want to learn.
    50 things you really like.
    50 things you are grateful for.
    Take cat nap.
    Take a nap with your cat.
    Take a nap with your girl.
    Cuddle.
    Meditate for 15 minutes. Just watch your belly move up and down. So easy.
    Read a badass fantasy novel. (I suggest Name Of The Wind)
    Watch some funny shit. Everyone loves how I met your mother. Or Friends.-- Although I prefer southpark.
    Make something. Like get creative.
    Draw.
There are so many more I could list, but you get the idea. What I am saying is, to keep a positive mindset, you need to stimulate the mind positively. You can't walk around thinking "I AM POSITIVE RIGHT NOW" -- that's fuckin hard. Although it might work. I think DOING positive things and bring good feelings is the best way to get back into the game.

Once you feel like, generally awesome, your game will skyrocket. Just be cool with yourself. Be confident. Enjoy yourself. Be selfish. Then you will offer a positive attitude to everyone you meet. :)
