I met TREIZE on the forum and we met up to get some routines and openers down before heading over to the club. This is a multi-level club with several areas. It's lady's get in free night! TREIZE opens a set right away in front of us waiting in the line. He does well by negging the target, and building some good rapport. Finding out where they are from and such.

TREIZE hadn't been there before so I show him around a bit so he's got the lay of the land.

I then selected my first set of the night a HB9 burnette, with 2 HB8's. They are standing three feet from the dance floor and it's really loud. I walk slightly past, stop and over my left should run the "Blindfold" opener I like with a nice False Time Constraint. Only one obstacle and my target hears the opener because it's so loud. I get some early IOI's. She's laughing, touching her hair, and turning to me. So, I give another False Time Constraint, and run "Who Lies More." Now only my target can hear me, but I'm still receiving some IOI's when her other friend who didn't hear anything sees what is going on and pulls her away.

NEXT- I find two nice girls HB7 Blonde and HB 7.5 Burnette both about 5'6 standing by themselves, at an area a little quieter this time. Again, I approach, over the shoulder run the "Blindfold" opener, with time constraint. Afterwards, the HB7 my target asks my name. I introduce myself, and neg her by saying introduce me to your friend it's the polite thing to do. I then give another FTC and run "Who Lies More!" They say, "It's about equal." I go into how do you all know each other. We're friends from way back when we lived in Memphis. I say, "Are you best friends or just friends and don't lie because I'l know." They say Best so I run Best Friends test, they are totally into it. I also ask, "Are you tourists or something?" They ask why. I say because it looks like you don't know how to have fun, you're standing over here by yourselves. I then run Mystery ESP on my obstacle; positive proof it didn't exist. The target who I've been ignoring and negging slightly pulls her friend to dance.

I check on my wing TREIZE, he's still working this one girl that he moved. I'm guessing he's in A3 or C1 at this point based on his body language. At this point I go on the upstairs that is open to outside for the smokers.

NEXT- I this opener Zeth posted. "If you didn't smoke you'd be mine!" I see this girl that was outside smoking! I walked up to the HB8.5 Burnette, about 5'7 and stopped about 3 feet in front of her and her friend HB 7 and used it. She responded with, "Oh, would I now." I said, "You wouldn't stand a chance! We'd fight all the time and I'd win." She giggles, and asks me my name. Got 2 clear IOI's, so I locked in to the set and ended up getting to A3 before her friends came upstairs and pulled her away.

NEXT- Opened another two set. HB5 & HB6 seated. TREIZE is free and agrees to come in and wing with me. We're not intimidated by these girls at all. They have the club "X" over their hands indicating they aren't 21. I run my blindfold opener, and then who lies more. At this point my wing, TREIZE comes into the set, and does the old, "Where you just talking about..."I greet him, and intoduce him and myself to the obstacle and my target. They are still seated at this point and we're standing. I do the best friends test, and ask them what they do. They're students, my target says, " I want to be a lawyer." I say, "I can't even talk to you right now." She says, Why I tell her because she's going to be a blood sucking lawyer, in cocky/funny mode. I turn to my obstacle and ask her, "Teacher" I say see that's a noteable profession. LOL, then she says she might want to be a Vet. I tell her that's better. At this point I'm now seated. TREIZE is hanging back standing, DHVing himself with his body language. He signals for me to eject. I fluff talk some more and then they invite us upstairs but I decline.

TREIZE and I are by the karaoke area seated talking about what's happened so far when his one of the girls from the set he opened in line when we came in comes up to us. She says she lost her friend and is worried about her being drunk. I stay put, her and TREIZE go to find her. They come back with no result. She's hands me a beer that was suppose to be for her friend. She put her arm around my neck and pulls in close. Now I was thinking of escalating back but it was TREIZE original set. She's hugging on him randomly too. She finds her friend, thanks us for being gentleman and kisses us each on the cheek before leaving.

We take another look around but are tired and decide to call it a night. He accomplished his goals of running his openers and getting pretty far with a few sets, and even accomplishing a move on the first night out. We got the kiss close from his first set. I'm happy that the material is flowing for me better but because of the loudness in the club we're pissed because we can't use the Body Language the way we want because you have to get so close to talk.

haha nice, sounds like fun. i like the "if you didnt smoke you'd so be mine" opener, i need to try that some time. i'd probably follow up with a DHV story and then hand her a piece of gum during the conversation as a neg.

fun nights sarging... that's what it's all about. live, learn and live again... but 10x smarter.

Hey Jsmooth. I had fun. It was SO loud in there! It was very difficult to keep a set because you practically had to yell in one persons ear. I think we did really well for the SPAM.

On the HB8 that I got to A3---The push/pull strategy totally works! First time I used the "I can't even talk to you now" line. Did a couple body rolls to indicate disinterest, and both times were met with IOI's (arm touching). I kept my frame by not pecking. She always leaned over to hear what I said. I used the "so what have you got going for yourself more than your looks" line, and she totally started qualifying herself to me. She told me she was a nurse, so I had to use Mystery's line about how I used to date a nurse. Didn't' go much farther because her friends were dancing, and she was worried about not finding them. I should have stressed more that I would take care of helping her find them. She starts to leave, looks back because I am not following her. She then walks back to me and says " I never got your name". We exchange names and I said talk to you in a bit.

I definitely need to practice the routines I have. It was a good first time sarge for me though.

Probably could have. But, she was from out of town. I was just happy I got as far as I did for my first sarge.

Nice first time sarges my brothers. It's almost like losing your virginity, how precious the first sarge is.

Wow insight hindsight 20/20?!? When I think back to that night opening that first set of all HB's like that was a bad idea. I should have probably had a warm up set first. I was really nervous when I opened her and I'm sure it showed. It was loud and I didn't get the attention of the entire set. It was hard for her to hear me, so I'm sure most of what she heard was, "I'm a dumbass and I think you're cute." :) Anyways, we live to fight another day!
