I'm new to the whole forum thing, but hey fellas I'm badninja . As much as I've been studying on pick-up and seduction I've realized it really isn't much use if I don't apply any tactics. I believe the proper diagnosis for my case would be approach anxiety, and I was wondering if anyone could throw me a few tips on how to get over this. I'm not ugly or fat by any means (I hit the gyms 5x a week), but just the thought of approaching attractive women can be a bit nerve-wracking. I know there have to be a few of you out there that can coach me up on some tips to be able to open conversation and carry on for more than 30 seconds, then I'd be very much obliged.
