The Following Events Occur between 6 P.M. to 2 A.M.

6:00 P.M.:
I go over to Ferret’s place. We watch the jeffy show and shoot the shit for a bit. Turns out we are both really tired from sexercizing w/ our girls the night b4, but we still push each other to go out tonight.

7:00 P.M.:
Back in my place. Chat a bit w/ Jack online, who supplies with the following RANDOM quotes of encouragement:
"Success cannot be getting a girl because that means failure is being alone."
“Charm is treating women like little girls.”
“Opportunities are brilliantly disguised as impossible situations!”

8:00-9:00 P.M.:
Ferret picks me up, and we head over to yenwen’s to meet up w/ the guys. Then split-up for carpool and head towards v2o. Still really tired, but trying to fake it by talking positive and drinking an energy drink.

1-Set
9:00-11:00 A.M.: Park the car, head to the elevator, when yenwen notices this one chik entering the elevator ahead. He says “Hold the elevator please!” in a friendly way. She does, and we take our time walking towards it. We enter the elevator, and he says “you only held it cuz this guy is good looking huh? **pointing at me**, she actually looks at me down to up, we all laughing. yenwen quickly befriends her and we find out she goes to my school, and she initiates introduction and helps us find v2o.

We enter the club, $20 dollars (ouch). I met a few new community members whom I haven’t met yet, and we all pretty much kick it at the dance floor and waiting for the place to fill up a bit.

Lucky arrives w/ his girl, really cool girl, this is 3rd time I’ve met her. She asks me to dance and we hit the dance floor for a bit. She is aware of PU, so she actually helps me and the guys out, lol.


2-Set
Sooner or later we ALL wined up at the outside patio, good trance music. I reintroduce myself to John (Status’ friend), talk for a bit and he opens a 2-set behind me (HBwhitegirl & HBasiangirl.) I wait 30 seconds and move in saying: “This is the song I was telling you about man!” He introduces me to the set with a pat on a back. I shake hands and exchange names w/ HBwhitegirl.

Dre: My name is <my foreign name>
HBwhitegirl: where are you from? (my foreign name begs that question)
Dre: I’m originally from <my country>, but I live in Irvine.
HBwhitegirl: <country>! Really?? Blah blah blah I always wanted to go blah blah blah
Dre: where you from?
HBwhitegirl: Norcal, SF.
Dre: no way! Maybe you can finally explain this to me, why do people in norcal use the phrase “hella” and its so bad to use it down here?
HBwhitegirl: oh yea, a lot of people use it, but I don’t use it, its over used. (is she qualifying?)

Fluff talk
As soon as I find out they go to USC, I immediately turn to HBasian girl, which I haven’t talked to at all yet, and whisper LOUDLY “USC SUX.” She gives me a look followed by “are you a bruin or something?” (im guessing that’s UCLA peeps??) I introduce myself, we exchange names, I find out she’s Chinese, so I say hello in Chinese (I think its “ni-how?”)

I find out they are roommates, so I take the opportunity to do the best friends test (“Do you guys use same shampoo?”), it got a few laughs.

Btw, all this time I’m throwing high fives all around and even give hbwhitegirl a hug. (An accomplishment for me, cuz I need to work on kino).

Somehow we all end up hitting the dance floor (me, john, hbwhitegirl, hbasiangirl, lucky, and his girl). Me and hbwhitegirl end up grinding for a good 10-15 minutes to the point where it actually got hot and sweaty (not in the good way). Me and john then switch, and I start grinding w/ hbasiangirl, and we switch back. I remember about the special kino spot everyone kept talking about, and gave it a try on hbwhitegirl. Not sure if it really worked cuz she was already REALLY into the grinding grabbing the back of my head and my neck. (I just realized I didn’t spin her… damnit! Lol)

Lucky’s girl comes over and tells me she’s leaving, she hands me my jacket and gives me a hug and a kiss on cheek, (social proof!). Then I remember she has my wallet and cell in her purse, so I catch her a second later and she says lets get out of the dance area first, I turn around to john and the girls and say “its hot as hell, lets get some water,” everyone is nodding (john especially, with a “HELL YES PLEASE” written all over his face. I grab hbwhitegirl’s hand, lift it above the crowd and start leading the way towards the bar, at some point I interlock fingers w/ her.

I let go and go to Lucky’s girl and get my stuff, and get a hug again, while the other girls are within proximity. I approach them saying: “Before you girls disappear on me, I gotta make sure we hang out next time im in LA,” I pull out my cell, hand it to hbwhitegirl and say “you know what to do” (I stole this from Muse’s FR, thx man).
We exchange numbers, and she gives me the ULTIMATE TEST: "Do you remember whats my name?" and I passed . I even bsuted on her for it saying "is that like the ultimate test?"

she then actually invites me to some middle eastern party going on in LA next week or something, I wasn’t really paying that much attention, but basically said “right on, for sure.” They say, they are going outside, as if to make us come w/ them, I respond “go ahead, we’re gonna go look for our friends but we’ll be over there in a bit.” Didn’t see them the rest of the night.

Feeling good, John and I go to the 21+ patio, chat for a bit, we couldn’t really find anybody, so we decide to head to the 18+ patio. On my way, I wait for John, as he is stuck in traffic, having a 2set (HB, and UG) behind me. When he comes over, I tell him to open the set behind me, and he does! John is freaking awesome.

I fidigt w/ my cell for a bit, then lean over and whisper some bs to John when he introduces me w/ a pat in the back. Right away I introduce myself and shake hands w/ the HB, followed by John doing the same (was I too early?). It was kind of awkward at first,

I find out she’s from India, and say “Namaste” which is a popular greeting in India. She loves it, and actually becomes more comfortable.

She asks me some basic questions which I reply to all with “Guess?,” which was probably too much cuz she gave me a look after a while, but I quickly snapped at her by playfully saying: “I play the guessing game A LOT, deal w/ it!” She laughs.

I find out she actually lives in Irvine, and goes to UCI. So I ask her to recommend an Indian restaurant in Irvine, she starts giving me weird uncertain directions only to be interrupted by me: “you have no idea what you’re talking about,” and turn to her friend (UG) and ask her the same question, (HB starts laughing and hits me on shoulder), as UG thinking of one I say: “btw, I’m <myname>. She tells me her name and I compliment her, “Oh, what a pretty name! its actually a very popular name in my country too.” (Complimenting UG seems to work so they don’t CB.)

John starts talking to them about school, and I realizet his is bad. So I say, “Stop talking about school guys! I’m starting school on Tuesday and I don’t even want to think about it!” Everyone’s laughing. I try to change locations by saying “its too loud, lets go outside,” they reply saying that they are actually waiting for someone. (not bs, since they both responded at same time) and I bascilly get over it, cuz im like shouting cuz we by music, so I say “okay, well it was a pleasure meeting you” and eject. John then told me I should have got her number, whatever.

We go outside patio. I’m feeling great mentally, but my voice is fucked up from practically shouting w/ girls. My ride was leaving, so I left, and that was it. I’m probably forgetting a lot of shit, but that’s all that I could remember.

So there… my first FR in a long ass time. I hope to one day look back at this, and laugh my ass off.
