If a girl just says "haha" or lol in response to a joke, is that an IOD or IOI?

Basically, this girl had something generic in her "Things I'm Good At" section on OKC. I messaged her "Clearly you're great at listing what you're good at! "

She viewed my profile that night, then again today but no reply... so I figured why not hit her back with "Hey now, you can't just keep checking out a guys profile and not saying hi. I'm not just a piece of meat you know!)

To that she just replied Ha, and then a minute later LOL.

So wondering if I just should have thrown in some question for her to answer? Or is such a short response just an indication she's not interested but thought the joke was funny?

Online, any response to an INITIAL message is an IOI (more or less). After that, not the case always.

What about this case? Can't decide if I should bother the reply or not... honestly my interest level isn't that high, I'm seeing this almost as practice.

i use that line a lot when women check me out ... it's ok, the fact it took two e-mails is not great, but she did respond, so it is a positive. I would quickly move to try to find out her schedule and arrange a date.. that's the best way to see if she is interested. Don't fall into the common trap of trying to attract her with messaging.
