So many scientific studies have proven that looks matter more than anything. I know it's a difficult fact to accept as it makes us all powerless over our dating lives, but it's just the truth. I used to be a part of these forums and game, but the more you look into the matter and see how women behave, the more you become aware of what it is that attracts women. Game can help improve your chances with a girl whose minumum looks threshold you meet, but apart from that a girl has made up her mind quite often on looks.

Actually this is wrong. Looks matter, but they are not all that matters, not even close. For one, look at rich and powerful people. They get any woman they want despite their looks. Looks matter. For your own interest, focus on them instead of listening to speed seduction tapes or approaching random girls who are doing their shopping with the hope to get laid.

No one is arguing that they don't matter. But they are not all that matters. Of course you should try to look your best, that is common sense, and of course that will improve your success with women. But it isn't the only thing, not even close.

You might be right looks arent everything. But 90% of the PUA industry says it doesnt matter at all and it needs to be exposed as bullshit. Of course there are other things that matter massively(especially status) however the seduction community needs to get real about looks, and male model dating experiments are doing a great job at showing how potent looks are. The denial needs to stop. Women are just as visual and shallow as we are when it comes to casual sex.

Look I am with you that they matter. I even wrote that they matter on my site. But I also explained the PUA rationale. The PUA rationale is that even with bad looks you still have a chance with women who are 10s. That is absolutely true. Of course the claims that anyone can get any woman they want are absurd, but do that many people actually claim that in anything but a sales pitch? Also, you are wrong that women are as visual and shallow as us, that simply is not true.

You are comparing apples to oranges. Women are more SELECTIVE with who they sleep with casually, us men just sleep with anything. A better comparison is who will women date vs who will men date and who will women sleep with casually vs who will men date. So yes, they are less likely to casually sleep with you etc. As for height, it matters for sure, but I'm 5'8" which isn't very short but it isn't tall and I clean up online. I know many others who are very successful despite being short. Height is a good attribute, but like I keep saying, you have to have SOMETHING going for you, but it doesn't need to be looks to get hot women.

Basically, your arguments are huge logical fallacies. You assume that because hot men get girls easily and that some women will only go out with hot guys that not good looking guys cannot get hot girls. That's simply logically wrong.

Yes, what you are saying about casual sex vs regular dating makes total sense. But you know what? Pickup is precisely about getting casual sex, I hope you're not gonna reply to this with a page-long rant on how pickup is a journey and a lifestyle because this is exactly what pisses me off with the seduction community. At this point you are just arguing with me for the sake of arguing but our differences are really just about magnitude and semantics. You seem to think looks is 99% of pick up and I'm saying it is important but not necessary. Pick up is about getting hot chicks, I agree with you. Height matters, no shit. However, there are TONS OF GIRLS who do not care that much and to them, other factors matter, and if you have no game you won't get those girls either. That's the key to pick up man, getting as good as you can get, and the amount you can improve is A LOT. I know because I have done it myself.

As for height: If a girl simply won't date a guy under 6', yea, no shit if you are 5'5" you won't get her. However, there aren't nearly as many of those women as you think. I actually went through profiles online and found that only about 10% of women or so (I don't remember exactly) wanted their date to be 6ft or higher. The midpoint was around 5'8". (50% of women were ok with at least 5'8", and this is just what they SAY they want). And actually no, there was not much correlation between their looks/body type/etc. and their ideal height range. Even correlation to their height was not as large as you may think.
