What do girls think about you when you approach another girl

I was approaching a woman at the beach (in the sea). There were 2 girls close to us. They were staring at me during the approach.
Do women consider that a positive, negative or neutral thing?
I would get such answer just for curiosity, because of course I will not stop approaching girls if external girls think it is a bad behaviour. :D

Just like any crowded game, it depends how your first opener goes. If you had opened well, DHV. If not, it will probably DLV. As simple as that.

It all depends on your success and movement.

If you approached her with confidence, a good posture and good words but get rejected, they'll see that you tried and this will give you DHV because you had the balls to do it.

If you approached her scared and retreating many times, they view it as DLV.

If it's a place where guys don't really approach girls, they'll be fascinated by your confidence and probably wish they were the ones you were talking to.

I was in the sea where you cannot touch (nobody can see your body language). I approaced a Russian girl. I said "you have a nice hat" (she were wearing a big white hat) and after that I said: "you do not need to rent an umbrella for the beach", but even if she smiled, then she replied in russian that she did not understand because she do not speak English.
I continued say some russian words I knew (but I do not speak Russian), but then I left cause we hadn't eye contact and she was going slowly far from me when I tried to say something in russian.
