Put it this way, she wouldn't wanna not kiss you if she's already spent a few hours and you're about to spend more time with her. Indeed, I doubt you'd hang out with someone unless you fancied them.
I def wouldn't kiss upon arrival. It's your second date, know in you're mind it's going to happen. I'll be honest, the easiest way for me is to take them to a nice wine bar, have a bottle of wine and then you'll both feel chilled. Then just do whatever you know works best.
