Side note: I tried to keep it as short as possible. Additionally, I have no great experience in PUA so I'm only making suggestions.


Edit: You could also be really cheeky. When she asks you if you want the receipt (which is normal in Holland, I don't know how it's done in other countries) simply reply with "Only if your phone numbers on it". It's worked for me like once, but you never know... If there's a good vibe might as well close it!

You would be surprised at her reaction just by saying "how are you feeling today?"

Breaks her pattern, if she is bored or interested she will give you some basic info.

This happened to me in a clothes shop and I returned with a piece of paper with my phone number on it.

I got a text a few days later and we were practically seeing each other for months.

Take notice of something to do with her and talk about it. It's just that easy. Follow the golden rule and smile. That's your opener then you just game her as you normally do just keep it short and to the point, if you need to leave then leave and on your way out give her a smile and a wink. You know where she works, you can go back another time and continue where you left off. She'll remember you.
