I'm sorry man but the diet you're suggesting and lifting weights don't go together. The optimal diet plan for muscle gain is to never starve, which means having about 5 meals distributed throughout the day.

The whole sex thing realy depends on the woman.

i actually am an athlete and i train in mma and weighlift regulary, when i do fasting i actually burn fat and build muscle, dont eat anything just drink water and then around 3-4pm start eating like a monster until 2 hours before bed... it fucking works. unless your on roids then eat all the fucking time

You are probably on roids then. No one who isn't a newb to lifting builds any significant muscle while burning fat w/out "supplementation". Did you just start lifting regularly? Either way, this advice will not work for 99.9999% of people. Either build muscle, or burn fat, don't try to do both at once, it doesn't work; you just end up with a half assed bulk or a half assed cut.
