Me and my guy friend live in an apartment, my guy friend has a girl friend (HB9) that has come to stay here for a few days - we have a lot of social proof from the community as we are musicians.

Day 1 - Immediate attraction, flirting, eye contact, sits next to me, legs touching mine, sitting shoulder to shoulder side by side, any excuse to get next to me

By the end of the night she got my number, added me on FB, wanted to write a status about me, and then asked which one was my room so she could sneak into it at night... (In my head I was sure she was into me)
*My friend brought her here and likes her a lot so I couldn't act on this*

Day 2 - I decide to escalate some more but she doesn't respond that amazingly. Asked about her love life, kind of brushes it off and says doesn't want to talk about it/her ex-BF. (Good or bad thing? Rebound maybe?)

Day 3 - TODAY (my room mate is out of the house for the whole day) this is my time to strike really. Do I just continue to escalate regardless? There HAS to be some sort of attraction - We were going to get stoned too I was thinking of running the Cube on her, and Triangle gaze + Kino/Proximity for the KC.

Just a bit weird usually if a girl is into me, she'd respond well to the escalations I was making. Although the kino and touching WHENEVER POSSIBLE still occurs, its weird. Any insight guys?

Bump: Turns out the girl ended up 'getting back' with her boyfriend yesterday via phone. That would explain why she wasn't too responsive to my advances, compared to the first day where she was all over me. Is there anyway to salvage anything out of this? I can't really SMT when I don't know the guy, and I don't really want to talk to her about her boyfriend to be honest. Can't be fucked.

Why not try building a straw man?

Learn your lesson: got her interest? Escalate and close as fast as you can. She gave you many opportunities to take the lead and basically said "I want to fuck you." Then, you hesitated, you were thinking about your friend or whatever but you hesitated. Ever seen the film The Cable Guy? Shit film but one line is classic: "he who hesitates masturbates" remember that.

More is lost from indecision than wrong decision, mistakes caused by audacity can always be corrected with even more audacity, and some other cliche I can't think of.

Learn and move on. You have her on Facebook, if she breaks up with her man again you may get another shot but don't hold your breath.

I guess he isn't really much of a friend to you LOL
