So, there's a party going down this weekend and I'm going to it...

Don't know everyone there, but know a handful of people...

There's supposed to be a bunch of hotties... so I wanna hook up with 1 of them AT LEAST.

I haven't been to a party in a while and haven't been very social because I'm focused on other things in life.

Any tips?

Seeing as how you only have a few days, time to cram: read stuff on this forum, then go into the field and try em out on girls. Do ten or twenty approaches and routines on random girls before the party. Then, use the same material while you are there.
