Hey guys, I just need some quick advice.

I finally got around to going out sarging again yesterday and I had a really solid pickup on an HB9 at the mall. She was definitely interested and I could clearly tell that she was having fun talking to me because there was a lot of smiling, laughing, and we hugged. There's not really a whole lot else to say about it so I'll get right into the text messages and my question for you:

HB9 5:48PM: Lol I will admit that was the most clever way to get a girls number. Props to you!
Smiley 5:55PM: Lol so what should I wear when I take you out on our first date?
HB9 5:57PM: You sound so much like my best friend! Lol he says stuff just like that. But whatever your style is. I'm very casual so don't out dress me!
HB9 5:59PM: I have to get back to work now. You'll hear from me again later!
Smiley 6:00PM: Alright

My problem is that she didn't text me later that night like I assumed she meant. She also hasn't texted me yet today. This isn't something I'm extremely worried about because I know to give her time but I just wanted your guys' opinions on this situation. Should I wait however long it takes for her to contact me again or should I contact her within the next couple of days if she doesn't contact me?

I'm in between on it because on the one hand, I definitely do not want to come across as needy by texting her again when she said I'd hear from her. On the other hand, I don't know how long it's gonna take and I don't want to lose the Day 2 because I waited too long.

Help a brotha out on this? Thanks guys!

i know that was solved. it happened to me. she called me after 3 days she said: something came up, am so busy. true or bitch shield doesn't matter... now we're 3 months together

Nope, no happy ending on this one. The initial pickup and texts were on Saturday. My call was on Monday (no answer, left a message, no call back). Then I sent a ping text on Thursday (no reply). Now her number has been deleted and she is being forgotten.
