So I guess I pretty much understand the concept behind Negs and their effect. I need advice on if this is a neg or not and if I should have used it.

So I was talking to this HB7 and we were discussing dreams (I have a previous history with this girl) She said that she had recently had a dream about me, and then she went into detail about the dream. I then said that I had never had a dream about her before. Then I said, in a joking playful way, "I guess your not important enough"

Her reaction was hard to read but I think it was an overall push in the positive direction. If this topic comes up in the future I think this is a good neg but what do you guys think?

i dont really see that as a neg , more of a sarcastic comment, though negs can be sarcastic and are, what you said isnt really a backhanded COMPLIMENT she probally just thought you was messing or kiddin i doubt im makin any sense i, know what i mean just cant explain it maybe some of the more experinced PUA's can help you out
