Approach Anxiety, and Anxiety in general is at the crux of all of pick up. If one has no fear, then one has no problem. You can do whatever you want to a woman and experience all the success in the world. However, in our minds we tell ourselves that we are not good enough for " this " beautiful woman. I've felt it a billion times. Im driving to a sarge, I got my music blasting. I feel Good about myself, and im confident. But, when i get to where im going and i see that first hot babe i instantly doubt myself. " oh my god, she is WAY to hot, there is no way she will like me. But you see my friend, she has the exact same brain as a large fat ugly woman. She has the same feelings, the same wants and desires. Yet, we are not afraid to talk to an ugly person. You have to reach down into your soul, and find that place where you are afraid you are not good enough. You must stomp out those emotions. Let HER make up her mind if you are good enough or not...not you.. again, YOU do NOT choose if you are good enough, because in your own eyes you never will be. BUT my friend, not every beautiful woman on earth is going to find you distasteful. Is it not worth being rejected by 10,000 beautiful women to find that 1 beautiful woman? Truely i tell you that your odds are better then that!
Secondly, yet i think this is an important idea to note. Confidence and Bravery are two different things. One must be brave in the face of fear, But Confidence exists in a vacuum without fear. I want you to think about this idea for a moment. when you feel fear, you can not be confident, but you must be brave and push thru the fear. When you push threw the fear, fear will flee from you, and only confidence will remain.
Thirdly, in my mind i try to convince myself that it will be even more fun if i get rejected. I can say to her what i want and do as i please because its simply fun no matter what outcome happens to unfold.
