Neg exercise ( stupid but fun, and maybe useful)

i have got to the idea of a nice exercise that is both easy and fun to do , and that can help to fight the approach anxiety.

I opened up a girls magazine and start to go page after page looking at each beautiful girl and using a neg for everyone of them. Of course that won`t be as good as real practise but i think is an easy way of getting used to not feeling overwhelmed in the presence of HB9 ( i think 10 is a product of desire, because no woman is that perfect, so using that only adds up to the stress)

You can do that in a mall, Just think about a NEG for each girl that walks around you... :D

like the concept of doing it in the mall! Looking at pictures (even if they are hotter) is much less intimidating than the real thing!

Neging correctly is probably the area (well, that and AMOGing) that i need to work on most! If anyone has any canned negs (i know there are a couple recent threads on this already) they would be much appreciated!!!

1st Post, anyway, just wanted to say as i was reading them, i thought it was kinda weird, but if used it a perfect situation, it can be perfect.

I love practicing on my friends. I'll just be hanging out with a bunch of friends of mine and completely play with negging and compliance and everything. It's great practice and the stress is gone (which is bad for getting into the real thing, but gets the lines and the delivery really banged into your head, like learning lines for a play performance)

It's also really, really, fun to do. They love it.

is this the first time you've posted this one? because if not, I've seen something extremely similar on this site b4.
