oh i see!

You know that facebook is more private and stuff, it's not as easy as over a dating website.

But see what she does for living (if that is public)
If she's a teacher just say:
- Hi, i've noticed that you are a teacher, your students must be grateful about it
Then after she asks why, say:
- Because they have a wonderful teacher like you

Stuff like that, meh i don't like facebook, people from there protect them selves all the time
