I'm sure a lot of men especially college students stay in apartment complexes.

Many times I cannot help but watch some sexy girls sitting on their porch and talking on their phones or them just walking into their cars. And it seems like there is nothing I can do.

There is a fear that I would either be interrupting them or I would somehow say something to lose respect and the latter is pretty embarrassing since you know you will see her again.

Even if I can remove this fear.. I don't know what to say.

Please help.
