I Can recommend styles "The rules of The game"! Its a 30-day Challenger which gives you a good basic knowledge to start pua'ing after that just go get some more field practise! I also enjoyed The book "bang" and "day-bang"(The day training version), and read a lot about nlp and body language which helped a lot

I spent almost a year only working on my inner game. And with field experience, I went freestyle. With inner game alone you can get women. First spent time on self-esteem, self-confidence, your haircut, new wardrobe, body language, small talk, eye contact, getting in awkward situations, trying out new things. With other words: personal growth. Then, on pua level, what's really important is kino escalation.

If you begin with that, you're on the right track.

Because I first started going freestyle, that's maybe the reason why I'm into natural gaming and not scripted game. I tried scripted game and that's really great to keep conversations going, but I prefer going freestyle.

Flirting and thus PUA is a dance. Sometimes you get closer, sometimes you push the woman away, but as the man you are always in the lead.
