For about an hour ago I just did it. The First direct approach.

Juicy Story:
Went in the store door, up to the first girl in sight (convenience store girl) and said it: "Hi, you are cute". Boom she was surprised and I was shaking, as I was too nervous (and in my head thinking about that shaking) to find any more topics I went with a ridiculous obvious thing. She went cold on me by telling me I shuld go do the shopping so she could close the shop and head home, I replied that there still was minutes left so even if I went now she would still be staying out the full time.

Juicy Question:
Anyone got their story to share? I'm in the dark about hired guns or if I shuld just avoid these in the beginning to I get more experienced?

COngratulations on approaching and overcoming approach anxiety. Getting past the first approach is always the hardest to do but after that approaching women becomes fun.

Dam Congrats! Man I still havn't dared to a direct one.. But saying yur Cute in Holland is alot more lame then in english.. Perhaps just do alot of indirect openers and not care about the rest. That comes later?

Yeah. I don't regret it at all, the end result if I would fail all in this town would be funny though as this is one of those towns where everybody know everybody and that sort of thing. Guess I shuld try a city after reading up on some starting lines (Might help with a wheelchair). the last thing I want to do is give up. xD

If I were to reflect over my approach I'd say the approach was overall bad, but it might have been good if I would have gotten a good comeback in on that BShield xD
