what is termal, loading can you elaborate a bit?
Sure, Thermal loading is using cold exposure to activate Brown Adipose Tissue (Fat burning Fat). Ways you could do this are ice baths (my preference) or cold showers. The idea is to lower the core body temperature so that your body then needs to use an enormous amount of energy to warm itself back up to maintain homeostasis.
I have done experiments in which I kept my diet constant but tried different cardio levels. ie. None to a lot.
I found cardio to be of very little use to fat loss. It is great for cardiovascular fitness and wellbeing. Very over rated in fat loss.
Thermal loading moves the needle much much more for a lot less effort.
Always remember to be keeping stomach measurements when losing weight. It is a much better variable to measure then total body weight. I can elaborate on all these points if people are looking for more answers.
Long story short, when I need to drop fat rapidly I will always thermal load.
hhehe thnx brother for detail info...very interesting...very useful....actually that is something that i was practicing a lot 'naturaly'..i like taking cold showers.. although i prefer them in short bursts that is after taking a really hot shower for a few minutes i switch to the coldest possible during a 30-60 seconds to 2-3 minutes...
1. cold showers make me feel soo good
2. they recuperate energy and reset my state to wellbeing no matter how i felt immediatelly before.......if i was tired i feel fresh and rested immmediatelly
3. they make me feel proud and increase my self-confidence
4. they seem to increse self-mastery- my ability to actually command myself and my body when necessary and not vice versa...taking cold shower I noticed increased my ability to control the pain, approach women and feel good or indifferent even if rejected...

actually great method for practicing approach while even not approaching at all...

Also, you haven't slept until you go to sleep after having an ice bath. The most amazing sleep you will ever have.
