Hi guys, it's been a while since I have been on this forum. I spent the last months developping new hobbies and not thinking too much about women.

Yesterday, I was going to work. Two stops after me, a pretty young lady climbed in the bus and sat in front of me. She looked a few times toward the rear of the bus but I can't tell she was looking at me.

Then we got out of the bus and climbed into the train station. She was at a minimum of four train cars from me so I couldn't see her but then I got out of the metro and started walking toward my job place and she was just in front of me. I waited a few seconds and walked a little bit faster and then when I was at just at her level, I looked in front of me and told her. "Hey, are you following me?" She laughed a bit and we spoke for two-three minutes. I learned that she work at the same place that I work and we exchange our names and then I told her bye and have a good day and that's all.

I wasn't stressed and didn't expect anything in return. I have to say that I am in my early fourties and she is probably around 21 so.

I will have to approach more women this way so I could get more confortable around them.

I tried several approach in the past but I am not regular. I need to practice more often to get ride of my approach anxiety and remove my neediness.

In the last week I was in vacation and I made a little travel. Without knowing it, I approach a lot of people: women, men, couples, older adults. I just approach them, trying to be funny and handsome and finally a few of them even invite me to go take a seat and talk longer.

If I count all the interactions that I made in the last week, I would say that it's probably about 40 or 50 of them (men, ladies, couples ...).
