I've met this gorgeous girl something like 5 days ago.

We talked shortly but nicely and were supposed to meet and exchanged 5 texts, the last one was mine 2 days ago with no reply.

She works in a mall, in one of those open air stalls selling phone covers/souvenirs and she's there alone, I could easily walk by again without seeming too insisting.

Would you suggest at this point to go there in a few days in person or texting in a few days... ?

Why did you not end up meeting her? Did she flake last minute? If she is not replying to your texts and flaked then stopping by her work place would be extremely desperate looking, especially if you don't work in the mall also.

That is hella stalkerish if you just "happen to show up at her work." She will know. If anything, go back there in a few weeks with another girl and walk past her. Give her the finger as you walk past her. Get a reaction out of her. Even if it is negative, you can always switch it back to a positive interaction.

I entertained the idea of dropping by because the interaction was quite good and I thought "in person she will remember the previous good vibes and I would have the chance to recreate them, something not possible via text".

So you didn't call her you texted, you first text you apologised for being cool enough to give her a hug in public, then after she said shed contact you and didnt you texted her the next day????

As I said, you needed to call her. If she doesn't answer leave a message or text her to call you back. Then leave it.

This is why you don't text. You said "sorry" then a smiley face. How does she know it was jokey? Could be weak, playful, whatever.

Hmmm not really sure about the calling being better than text.

I don't reply to most calls as I'm doing something else almost all the times -even without working, let alone for normal working people -.
Also the text is often read in light of the personality you conveyed, especially so if it's 30 mins after.

But yeah, I literally mean "not sure" as I almost never call so I can't make comparisons..
