C&F is "Cocky and Funny" a technique developed by David DeAngelo. It's difficult to explain its just busting a womans balls some. Check out some of his audio files on youtube or his book "Double your dating."

i dont think it was developed by david deangelo..he just put a name to what alpha males usually do to girls which is teasing, busting their balls in a light playful funny and being cocky in a playful , joking manner
