You know the deal, in Europe, there is depression so peapole are more edgy, less openminded. When I approach a woman in daylight she might assume: I am a fundraiser and will want her money, making a poll and will ask stupid questions, a street con, a nutcake, a drunk guy, or some other unwanted element...What do you do about this???

You've just got to keep approaching. I'm from Chicago and I have been practicing street game alot recently. It's the same way out here... people are very busy and don't want to be bothered with homeless people or people selling shit or asking for money to support their street band. You've just got to keep starting conversations and eventually something will hook. I was out on the street yesterday and made a good 12-15 approaches before anything even got interesting.

Another thing I noticed, being on the street puts women in a position where they feel very vulnerable. You have to have the fun personality going in order to show them that you aren't threatening otherwise they will just keep walking. What I would suggest is stick more to malls/shopping centers/coffee shops for day game instead of on the street. It is much more intimate and homeless people, etc. don't wander into malls asking for money. The girl will already feel more comfortable in the situation and that makes creating the initial conversation much easier.

And downtown, there was an orgonized crime ring, collecting money in the name of orphaned children, stopping people asking cash... didn't help either...(employing ethnic looking women)

What I do sometimes is when passing girls on the side walk or whatever, make eye contact and smile. Then when you're within a couple steps just say, "Hey, I'm Starttoaster," and hold out your hand like you're shaking hands. It's really simple, but I think it'd work especially well there. You don't come off as a street salesman because a salesman knows he only has so much of your time to get you hooked so they'd talk more. And the handshake kind of helps to cement her there so she doesn't just walk away because then she still has to shake your hand (+kino). Buys you a few seconds to say something else.

Yes I could do that, but then younger girls would say: Yes, yes what do you want (you needy older guy stopping younger girls!) Women in my age 30-40 knew instantly that I did that because I want either money or woman and would came across as needy. Because not having an opposite sex partner shows defective character.
On the other hand,
If you are good looking guy, HBs would look at you when walking by, smile you do not have to do anything, they kind of come close to you...

The golden rule is don't use "excuse me" when opening. "Hello" is a slightly better pre-opener combined with something like "I really like your style" or "I just want to say I think you look amazing". Malls can be good, but then they present their own problems like eagle eyed security who might tell you to leave if they see you approaching women. So a mall is best when it is really busy so that what you are doing does not stand out as much.
