So date 1 we went to the Miami heat game, it was nice we have a lot in common. Even though she is probably one of the most beautiful women I've gone out with, we got along very well and stayed about 1-2 hours after the game just talking.

Before that we chatted briefly online (we met through match.com) and texting.

She is very nice and proper (foreign girl, not American-born), 23 and highly sophisticated.

She wants to go out again and I'm unsure of what to do for a second date. I think after the first date, she would be fine being close with me and is comfortable.

She is expecting something fun and what I have in mind is a private flight over Miami (1 hour, only $200 Inc.tax, drinks, gratuity).

I think it would be fun considering its different and memorable and I plan on going for dinner/movies or something after, but I an wondering what others think of going on this flight? Would it be awkward? Too much for a second date? Depends?

It's something I'm interested in doing too so it's not as if I'm "wasting" it on her.

She is one of few that will make it to second date with me in terms of potential relationships.

I have been myself with her, generally would describe myself through her eyes as alpha and fun, yet sweet and open.

I can treat her like just any other chick, or treat her like a girl I'm genuinely interested in.

all sounds good, but dont set yourself up for her to expect these kinda things all the time or later it will backfire on you

But she loves it and "can't wait!!" for tomorrow, and now she has to make it through the dinner with me in order to get to the fun stuff, so it's the perfect opportunity for her to shine and for us to connect more before the flight. That will basically determine if she's real and if this HB10 can survive 2-3 hrs on a second date meal with me.

If it goes well, then she's worth it and the flight will be the perfect way to end the night. We drive back to her car, which so happens to be located at the restaurant just around the corner from home. And if all is well, the night will just be starting

Grab a few drinks close to your place and then taker her home with an excuse to watch a movie and fuck her brains out. Forget spending lots of money on her. That's acceptable if you were together for a long time. Maybe not even then...

Yea trust me, I've spent enough money on dinner and drinks for dates and it gets old after a while. And I'll be sure not to make it one of those awkward overly "emotional/sentimental/needy" type of dates.

Just casual fun, and as far as the pricing and flight, well it's not as if I'm buying her a necklace or expensive purse, to like me. Flying over Miami is something I've been wanting to do, so now is an opportunity for me to do it with someone I'm into.

And $200 isn't much in my opinion.

I know she's into me, and I know she's excited. My only concern at this point is keeping it entertaining through the dinner (or whatever we do until the flight), hopefully the weather holds up, and hopefully she doesn't freak out about the flight or not like the idea.

A simple dinner and drinks type of night I'm sure she wouldn't have minded, but from my dating experiences and current perspective, I don't see dating as an opportunity to just "court" a woman anymore. That puts too much pressure on myself and date.

But moreso just to go out, have fun, and spend my time and create great memories with beautiful women This way I can be myself, she would be more comfortable, and just have fun with it.

Date night 1 didn't cost me any more than $20 for some admission fees, gas, and parking I had to pay.

Besides, I am looking for a gf that is willing to be active with me and go out and try new things, etc.

It's not the $200 mate. It's the fact that you treat her well without her doing anything. Best luck to you tho. I think she'll like the idea, but you won't keep the girl with this mentality

Yeah. Spending this money is going to do one of 3 things:
1. Make her a gold digger where she likes what you do for her rather than you
2. Lower any attraction she may have for you as you're communicating that you're buying her company.
3. You're setting the bar really high early. Sure she'll love it, but what are you gonna do the top it for the 3rd date and so on,

I don't think she will have any expectations after today as far as dates, financial position, etc.

The point isn't just to get in her pants (that's why I posted this in the relationship section), and it's not to make her like me more, it's to enjoy another nice weekend with a beautiful, sophisticated, down to earth woman.

She doesn't even drink so bars and most nightlife type of stuff is out of the picture. She is at a point in life where she wants to go out and experience things, I am as well. She doesn't even know what she wants out of a relationship, but I don't believe anyone really does. She knows money isn't everything and is looking for more. And she really knows how to ask questions and really get to know a person, rather than maintaining a bunch of superficial relationships.

I've gone on plenty of dates, gotten into plenty of pants, if this chick turns out to be just my best friend, I'd be perfectly happy with that. If it gets more intimate, that would be nice. If the "love" grows and we get married, then we'll both be happy knowing the feeling has been mutual since day 1. But that doesn't mean I'm kissing her ass and trying to impress her just to like me.

Beautiful women are plentiful here in south Florida, and I'm sure as hell not putting her on a pedastal. But I am attracted to her and want to have a good time, make her smile, etc. Everything else is just extra.
