Yes to some degree due to the fact human brain is wired based of survival instinct that has been adapted during evolution. Females will always be drawn to the healthy alpha males (in this case, muscular and strong physique guys). It does give them an advantage. So, take a look at yourself, think about what type of women you like, think about what they value.
