Yelling into a girl's earhole is the only way to be heard, and that is one of the least attractive things a man can do. Make confident assertive gestures and you are now the most attractive guy there regardless of what you look like.

I would completely forget standard PUA teaching in this situation. She can't hear you. Words just won't work. Anything you say is a massive DLV.

Focus on dominant body language. This is night-game, the girl is probably a little drunk, be alpha, way more than you would be normally.
Stand bolt upright with your head raised. If you catch a girl looking at you or mirroring your body language beckon to her. If she comes over, kiss her immediately. When you want to leave, motion, preferably to the nearest cubicle, and lead her. Say nothing.

Now, how do you think she is going to react that versus some guy wandering up to her and spitting in her ear?
