Hey pua brothers, I need your help but first let me summarise you my story

I used to be a succesfull pua, I was fit,stylish,social I had lots of one night stands and one day I've met the girl of my dreams. She was so intellectual,sexy,clever,cute... everything that Ive ever wanted was gathered In one girl and after 2 years of relationship we splitted because both of us changed and we became a grumpy,misearable couple and when our relationship ended I have done loads of drugs and lived in another world,I become a pervert that tries to hit every girl, I shaged some low quality women but that wasnt enough so I quit every drug habbit I had even smoking and tried again to be a pua but I was lame again... Should I close my facebook,twitter,instagram and rebuild my self? should I go to gym and get fit again? what should I do? I want my old days ! Its like my ex cursed me.

Classic story. The great thing about being human is old skills come back fast. You just need time to rebuild.

I'd focus on your personal life before your PUA life. Be fit, social, etc and women will naturally come to you. Then start up your PUA stuff and just watch them multiply.

The higher you start from, the higher you will rise to overall. Good luck.

thanks man, but I need more details on what Im going to do because I dont know where to start from and I think being fit is not that important and its not that hard. I need a good guide for rebuilding myself!
