Well, it sounds like contraceptives aren't really the issue anymore. However, it may still might be a hormonal imbalance. Girls can get that kind of thing checked out. Then again, she may have just lost attraction with you (which would obviously suck, but it happens - usually around the 2 year mark in most relationships, when the endorphins stop firing as much). As I see it, you have three options:

1) Open relationship to get your needs met until things (hopefully) improve.

2) Condemn yourself to a life of little to no sex. Be a miserable "nice guy" who sticks with a girl because he feels guilty.

3) Break up, because it's just not working and you have needs.

Here is an update for you guys.

After some time improving myself and my life i realized that this whole ordeal is dragging me down, I should not be thinking along those lines at all, and if I was the person that I'm aiming to become, this would not be an issue at all.

Option 1 wasnt an option for her, and Option 2 wasnt an option for me. So in the end, this resulted in a breakup, and she will be moving back to her country in a month or so.

Somehow the breakup sparked some attraction/nostalgia in her and we ironically have more sex now than we had as a couple.

I guess I'm free and single, and have once again entered the world of PUA
