So i have been dating a girl for about 5 and a half months, we are sort of in the dreaded 6 month stage, arguing quite a bit but both of us are still into it for the moment. So she is soon off on holiday with her family for a month.

I am wondering what advise you may be able to give around dealing with this period. I'm not too worried about her cheating whilst on holiday as I dont think shes the type and probably wont have too many opportunities (fingers crossed). I want to keep up the interest levels but imagine its going to be quite hard to talk to her, likely just to be a couple FB messages a day.

- Should I rly try and put some effort in before she goes to ensure she leaves with us on good terms.
- Should I let her initiate most of the contact whilst shes away?
-My plan is just to make myself busy and focus on work / gym etc. I want to make her miss me basically so she comes back wanting more of the same and for it not to worsen things.


Any tips would be much appreciated.

Try to trust her. Send her a couple of text messages saying whatsup and that you miss her. Don't think to much about it, especially not in a bad way, it will drive you crazy.
