Dude, you aren't eating enough. You are going to lose MUSCLE by doing that and slow down your metabolism. If you want to lose WEIGHT, get a chainsaw and chop off your leg. If you want to lose FAT, eat normal for a week (clean but eat when you are hungry) and count your calories. After one week, figure out what your average is and cut it by 800. NO MORE THAN THAT! Lift and do some cardio (don't over do cardio. Cardio burns fat, muscle and water. 2 of them you need, one of them you don't. The only thing is, you don't have any control over which one you are burning.) and you will watch the fat melt off. Losing weight fast like that by not eating enough will make you look malnourished. Do you want to be LEAN or SKINNY? You are MAN... EAT LIKE ONE!
