"Lead the men, and the women will follow".

I know this very well, and understand it completely. I know that you can lead the men and the women by throwing cool, interesting, fun stories that keep them entertained. But i'm looking for other ways of leading a group of people, like for instance, you can lead them in a moment of confussion, for example, Your group in a venue which is very boring, but none of them know where to go, none of them knows any cool place around there, but you tell them "Common guys, i'm gonna take you to a really cool venue, come with me" you're leading them, they will all follow you. Because you're the cool guy with a good idea which took them out from a confussion moment, you leaded.

So I would say that, another way of leading Men and Women, is knowing your town, knowing the cool places.
