Ok so, I started in new job, and I have a really nice colleague around 7/10 but soooo cute.
I started with my standard opener, we talk about it few times, but after came some guy (he looks good, but PFU and someone told him something around: you are fucking "stalker" bla bla bla, but mean in fun...) anyway I moved out (tried show DHL) after when I came back we told about it next few minutes but thats it.. conversation was over and I dont know how continue I know that best way is say some NEG but my mind was totaly empty. BTW. can you get me any advice for next step???

Just play it cool, talk to her when you get the chance, keep a chill fun vibe, just keep in mind your intent(reason your talking to her) and she'll pick up on the subcommunications. Stop trying to come up with lines and bullshit just be cool talk to her, basic teasing, light flirting, when you feel she enjoys herself with you just move things forward and tell her you'd like to have a drink sumtime or do sumthing. Very simple. The reason you dont wana use canned lines is because eventually you will run out of material and she'll see the real you, so id say focus more on being friendly and cool(with your intent clear) and move things forward see what happens.
