So yesterday i finished my semester in law school and the librarian was giving me shit about not returning some book i never took so while we're arguing this cute chick comes by about similar problem but she had the good sense of bringing a book to replace the lost book which coincidentally was the exact book i needed so when the chick found out that she actually has given the first book back she starts to leave, i seeing my chance slipping kinda chased her down and flirted my way into her giving me the book but then i noticed she's actually really hot and so i got her name from the librarian and invited her on facebook with a message thanking her about the book.
She then replied with: Your welcome ) i love helping out people in need but its interesting how i had the book you needed!
Now i'm thinking about asking her out but i feel like i need to build up to it but i'm really having a mental breakdown here so i need help guys please give me something!

That is kind of creepy. I would forget about this one and try instead to meet girls and get them to give you their facebook or preferably number and then ask them out so they're comfortable with you. There's little chance of this girl saying yes if you ask her out, unless you just get lucky. But luck is stupid and you shouldn't rely on it.
