Posts: 15 | | I've been working at a golf course with a couple girls for a while. I feel they see me as the joker/always smiling kind of guy. We're always joking around never really talk about anything serious. Is that a good thing? obviously this is a vague question. What can I do to show that I can be funny and joke around but when its time to be serious I can.
Also obviously since we work together you start running out of things to say. Any help?

Posts: 18 | | Not sure about the serious/funny aspect, but if you want to have a great conversation, talk about them. Ask them questions and frame open-ended statements inbetween so you're not interrogating them. Cold reading routines are very popular in regards to this.
