A Sticking Point or SP is an issue you CONSISTENTLY run into.

It is NOT a point where you get stuck with ONE SPECIFIC GIRL.

A Sticking Point is:
Quote:
I keep getting LMR whenever I bring girls back to my place. This has happened at least 10 times already! What am I doing wrong?
A Sticking Point is NOT:
Quote:
I got LMR with this one girl! What do I do?
IT IS AGAINST THIS BOARD'S RULES TO POST THREADS ABOUT JUST ONE GIRL
If you have not already gone out and practiced enough to have a real Sticking Point from meeting an ABUNDANCE of women, YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO POST HERE.

OK, haven't been around in awhile, long story short, I got into game and get pretty decent at it IMO. Met my first girlfriend and started dating and lost my V-card.. After about 6-8 months she dumped me.

I still go out 3-4 times a week, but just cant get out of this funk im in. I barely talk to new girls (i have lots of female friends and say hi when we go out) , and when I do and get the number, im not confident enough to even text/call to follow up.

My confidence level has dropped significantly since i got dumped even tho I am physically better in shape then when I first started I just dont feel like i am good enough for anyone else.

I just dont know how to get out of this funk im in.. should I not go out for a couple of weeks? anybody have this problem??

What makes you feel as if you are not "good enough?"

ummm im not sure is "good enough" are the right words, but.. lets put it this way, she wasn't the best looking girl in the world; very cute face, heavy set girl with a great personality.

With that being said, I know about 2 weeks of her dumping me (like 4 months ago) she started talking to one of her guy friends and now currently talking/dating some other guy that I also know.

I guess I just cant get over this girl and its really fucking with my head when it comes to talking to other girls.

yeh i have feelings for her.. i probably always will, But i know it'll never workout so im not tryna get back wit her.

I just don't have that confidence i used to have.. i used to be able to go into a set and just talk about anything and make girls laugh and have a great time. but now its just like hi, your cute. or whats up, you guys having a good time or something as bland as that and cant seem to move past it.

Its kinda like I go into a set knowing im gonna fail and I just don't even try. I just let it fail.

Now that Im typing it I can see what my problem is, but when im out in the field, Im back in that loser mode.

What I just wanted to know was, has anyone else been in this situation and what steps did you take to overcome the feeling?

What steps I took when my ex dumped me? I was so AFC back then... still am, but less.

I'm completely over the bitch now. What I did was remove all ways of contacting her, or her contacting me. I started filling up my free time. I can't quite remember what, but it can be anything. Sports, meditating, hanging out with friends or whatever you pick. You just let the feelings die off. Eventually you'll realise you were blinded by love.
