Are there any vitamins that help improve your mood and energy? I'm not looking for an anti-depressant. I've heard that things like B-12 can help improve someones mood and make them become more positive.

Micro nutrients in general are good for your mood, but there arent any specific ones that have a significant effect. It is getting enough of ALL micro nutrients (not just vitamins, also minerals!) that makes your mood good. Make sure your diet in general is good and dont put your hopes on a "wonder" supplement that will change your mood. Supplementing with a multivitamin is definitily not a bad idea though, maybe some fish oil aswell.

If i had to point out 1 vitamin as a mood changer than it would be vitamin D. However this vitamin is only obtained from sunlight, and not from diet. Supplementing vitamin D isnt a bad idea either, especially in winter times. But know your doses!

I know EXACTLY what you need. When I tried this stuff it actually made me not feel like I need a cup of coffee in the morning! Its called Rhodiola Rosea... It gives you energy, keeps you from feeling effected by stress, elevates mood, and helps mental focus. I know I sound like I'm trying to sell this stuff, but its pretty neat stuff and at least worth doing some research on google about.

I usually order it from amazon, but you can find it local pretty easy too..

lol tetosterone boosters. I wasted days scouring pubed realizing every "natural test booster" (aka. testofen, torabolic, etc) was a crock of shit. Unless you're talking about pro-hormones or straight up Dbols, there's no such thing as "testosterone booster".
As for thermogenics, I'm assuming you're talking about stimulants. They'll help your mood, but unless you're playing around with caffeine, its dangerous and addictive shit.
As for vitamins, take a daily multivitamin to make sure you don't have deficiencies. Beyond that, they'll do absolutely nothing for you, even at high doses (except possibly harm you).

There is no magical pill. I offer a simple answer. Thermogenic capsules have caffeine in them which can be addictive and harmful at really high dosages. Furthermore, most of the recent test booster supplements do work, but do have drawbacks. Like anything else, just be responsible when ingesting substances.

Ok please name one test booster that works. Prohormones don't count. Might as well use gear.

I researched until i was blue in the face, and honestly the only things I have found any real evidence of working are creatine and whey. That's all I'm on. HMB shows some promise but its mostly noob gains and lower body gains. That's about all there is that can help, short of anabolic steroids.

Change your perception of whatever is making you sad or is making you think you don't have confidence.

For me, L-Dopa supplements along with a multi vitamin every morning has worked wonders in terms of mood and energy. It takes a few days for the L Dopa get into your system, but i find my mood has been enhanced, and it is natural, and very cheap to get.
