I went on an Okcupid date with an HB10, I mean seriously one of the most beautiful girls I've ever seen. We had what I think was a really great first date. No k-close (Didnt make a move since It was the first time we had met). She was the one that asked me out online after 5 or 6 messages back and forth. Anyway, I didn't get many IOI's but the date lasted 3 and a half hours, and when it was over instead of walking directly home she followed me a few blocks past where she needed to go to walk me to the subway, which at the time I took as a good sign.

I texted her 2 days later in a sort of light and teasing manner, and she responded… when I followed up and asked something to the tune of "How was the party?" she went silent. I left it there 3 days ago. I'm extremely new to this and feel like I'm out of my league here. I know this girl has a ton of guys trying to court her… and I guess the question is do I fall into the pack, ask her out again immediately, or do I freeze her out and let her come to me? Are things a lot different with an real HB10? Does her lack of texting engagement after the date mean that I'm out, and if so is there a way to recover?

You fell into the friend zone by not touching her and kissing her. There is no reason you shouldn't kiss her.

It might be because you went from light teasing to asking a boring regular question. HB10s don't have time to answer boring questions. I'd say consider yourself done but you should text her again playfully instead of just letting her go. Better to give it another shot than just walk away.
