Currently live near Glenwood Springs, and looking to move to Denver ASAP. I own an '09 respectable, reliable car. Though I do have good social skills and have dated a lot since my divorce, it's fair to say I'm new to PUA.

I am a non drinker and non smoker: I don't mind at all being around people who drink, but would not want a roommate who regularly gets drunk. Any cigarette smoking should be outside. Though I am 420 friendly, I don't indulge too often - once in a while...

In addition to the financial benefits of a roommate situation, living with another PUA would have significant benefits to our game! I have a strong preference to live in one of the nicer parts of downtown, but am open to suggestions.
