A Sticking Point or SP is an issue you CONSISTENTLY run into.

NOT a point where you get stuck with ONE SPECIFIC GIRL.

* Get signed up for the gym if you're not already.
* Figure out all the things she wanted you to be, and use them to make new female friends. In my case, for example, I go out and eat sushi, which I never did with her. She used to try to get me to tan in the sun, so I did that all summer but I didn't used to do that with her. She tried to get me to trim my eyebrows a couple times and I wouldn't do it. Now I trim my eyebrows. I had saved money obsessively for years when I was with her, now I spend freely on my wardrobe. She doesn't even know about these things, I never talk to her and she lives 120 miles away.
Somehow I find these activities therapuetic, and other girls in my life enjoy these things about me.
