I was out on Monday and this girl was really into me. I eventually kissed her and got her number. I'm new to this stuff and now realize that I should have kissed her way earlier. She was throwing IOIs at me but I miscalibrated an wasn't sure if I should yet. I now realize I should have.

After kissing her I led her to a quieter part of the club and she asked me for my number. While I was trying to put my number in her phone we went out to the smoking area. While still fumbling about with her phone some other guy started talking to her and shortly after I gave her phone back she went back into the club with him. My friend informed me that he was gay which stopped me worrying. However my friend turned out to be wrong and he ended up kissing her and had his hands on her for the rest of the night.

I know where I went wrong. I should have kissed and got her number earlier in the interaction and then continued to get her more invested. Also, I guess I should have given her my phone instead which would have prevented that other guy from fucking things up. Oh and also never trust anyone who says someone is gay.

Anyway, it all went tits up but I do have her number. Should I bother calling/texting after what happened or just move on to the next one?

What good is contact when the girl went home with a different dude that night, and the interaction doesn't warrant time. Get out of the chase down mindset and start valuing your time actually picking up women. He obviously needs ground work seeing that not only did he leave with her, she hooked up with the next guy that opened her, and that happened right in front of him.

Why waste your time trying to save something that isn't there. Once you have a harem base you will know who to contact. There is no need to contact every girl you pick up. There are only so many days in the week.
