Hey!

My name is Coco!

I am going on 22 y/o. I am a student in Cluj-Napoca (Romania) and I started reading about "the game" in 2008 for the first time.
After ignoring it for a while and focusing on my teenage years I entered the student life and there's where all the fun begins :).
Studying for real (this time) was in April 2012 when I found some DVD's from David DeAngelo's "Man Transformation". And that's when I started also reading stuff about NLP. And right now I am taking a break from watching the seminar from Neil Strauss. :)
I love doing sports daily, practicing yoga every once in a while, swimming, reading and applying some nutrition stuff in my lifestyle - so a lot of people contact me for nutrition/sports advices. I also work as a part-time photographer and I am a volunteer in 2 big international NGO's that focus on studying abroad and that gives me a very international poll to choose from, since each semester we have here around 1000 new students studying - so I can practice some stuff each time.
Since I am studying Advertising and PR and I really like photography I would love to work as a freelancer in this area and also try my entrepreneurial skills at some point in the future.

I watched a lot of seminars and read some books about "this and that" in the area. I am not shy at all and very extroverted and since I am doing sports I am not ashamed to expose myself or my body each time I have the opportunity. Here's the "BUT":
- I don't like applying the exact stuff that I hear/read in the seminars I like to make my own and most of the time they work because they are natural (and still following the same pattern that was explained in seminars). I still have a big problem while approaching hot (9's or 10's) girls and I feel awkward because I know I have all that it takes.
That is why I joined this forum.
I hope I will have some interesting conversations but probably in the next days I will just read some stuff from around here to get the ideas.

Welcome buddy. From the sounds of things you're already way ahead in terms of lifestyle than most of the beginners here, so well done on that. Have you read about natural game? I was the same as you, I'd only heard about Mystery Method and read the The Game, but felt weird having to do routines and shit like that, so I started doing the same thing, learning the principles and adapting them to work with my own mannerisms and personality.

As far as the 9's and 10's go, again I was the exact same. My problem was (still is to a certain extent, but improving!) that I was using my looks to get girls that would normally consider me out of their league because it was easy for me. I knew with a little work I could get a better standard of woman. What helped me a lot, kind of weirdly, was approach them with the specific intention of NOT getting a close, but just to talk to them as normal people, the same way I'd have a conversation with a man. I started to get less and less impressed by beauty, and now I'm finding I can game these 9's and 10's the same way I could game 6's before I started working on my game. Just takes practice my friend!
