I'm curious if the idea of befriending other forum members on Facebook for a DHV spike has ever been brought up?

I created a forum years ago for contractors to talk about everything from the business to off-topic issues. Since it was new, it was hard to get activity going. I joined an online launch group where administrators/owners of other new forums would be active on my forum in exchange for my activity on their forum.

I know some of you might be against Facebook because it shows that you are being unique and different but the fact is that it is the largest social network in the world. Think about it. There are over 900 million users with over 50% of users logging in everyday with 350 million users logging into Facebook through a mobile device. In my opinion, not using Facebook for DHV to some degree is putting you at a disadvantage.
